Event Day Coordination: This package includes up to six planning sessions to develop the event schedule, site inspection and vendor walk through, scheduling of professional services and final confirmations, day of coordination of event, payment to professional services on the event day and worry free day for the client. We are the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring that every detail is covered and the event runs smoothly.

A La Carte: For the person on information overload, the firm will provide a consultant at an hourly rate. We will give you invaluable advice, recommendations, and ideas that will help you plan a beautiful event, and enable you to feel that all the details are covered.
